MermAgent is a web-based diagramming tool that uses artificial intelligence to help users create Mermaid.js diagrams. The Service includes AI-powered chat, a code editor, diagram rendering, version history, and export functionality.
You must sign in using a third-party authentication provider (Google or GitHub) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of all diagrams, text, and other content you create using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
The Service uses third-party AI models to generate diagram code and conversational responses. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated output before use.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRIZZLY PEAK SOFTWARE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
